Grace & Honor originally began as The Apron and the Sword in 1984. This ladies paper was started for just the ladies of our church, and printed bi-monthly for many years. Articles were written by the pastor's wife, missionaries we supported, and other ladies within the church.
In 2003, the paper received a major overhaul, both in design and name. The newly-named Grace & Honor remained a bi-monthly printed publication. In 2008, the idea to turn our paper into a website gelled into a project. With the addition of some new columns and authors, we plan to publish online every month.
It is our highest desire that this publication encourages and edifies ladies in their daily walk with the Lord and strengthens them in their God-given role as wives, mothers, daughters, and servants of the Lord Jesus Christ.
