Most people think that they will get to Heaven because they are good people and have not done anything “really” bad, like murder someone. In my case, however, as a registered nurse working in an abortion clinic, I was responsible for assisting in the abortion of several hundred babies. I had personally convinced many of these girls/women that this was their best option and was directly responsible for pushing them forward in having the abortion. I WAS AN ACCOMPLICE TO MURDER.
I Just Said “Yes!”
-Brian Fetterman
-Brian Fetterman
My name is Brian Fetterman, and this is my story. I had been feeling dissatisfied for a while. By anyone’s account, I should have been happy. I had a good job, a nice house, and a loving wife, and was by most measures successful. But I was becoming more and more discontented, not with my situation or status, but with myself.
Whatever Satan Told Me To Do,
I Did

I Did

I was a man filled with sin until I invited the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart when I was 72 years old, and my life was changed forever. I was saved by his precious blood, and I know I have been forgiven of my sins and, by his grace, I will spend eternity with him.
I Found Unconditional Love and Acceptance

I was born in Allentown, PA, the second of five children. One of my earliest memories is one of me holding my little sister’s hand in the nursery at church and staying with her there because I was too afraid to go to my class.
I Had to Get Out of the Driver’s Seat and Give Control of My Life to God
-Joan Hudak
-Joan Hudak
I was born and raised in Allentown, one of seven children. My parents belonged to the Catholic church, and although we didn’t attend church regularly, I did occasionally receive the sacraments. My mom prayed with us nightly and tried to teach us right from wrong. She had many good values and always shared them with us.
God Showed Me That My Self-Righteousness Was Really Unrighteousness

I lived two lives growing up—one was a good girl who was active in a Southern Baptist Church with her parents; the other was a girl who tried to cover up for sexual abuse.
You Can Know You are Saved!
-John Davies

When I was very young, until I was seven years old, my parents took me to church. After that, I would occasionally go with some neighbors. When I was about 18 or 19 years of age, I was starting to wonder what religion was all about. At the same time, my girlfriend was urging me to get to know God. This drove me back to the church that I had grown up in. I attended several Sundays to hear what the pastor had to say.
Episcopal Church, Russian Orthodox, United Church of Christ: All Are Empty Labels
-Michael Brooks
-Michael Brooks
My name is Michael Brooks, and this is my story. I was baptized as an infant in the Episcopal Church. My mother and my aunt served on the Altar Guild. They were both key in the coffee hour following services each Sunday. My uncle Roy sang in the choir and was the church sextant. So, as a boy, I thought I was well connected, and due to my family’s contributions to the church, we were good people, and of course, heaven-bound due to our good works.

As a child, I attended the Lutheran Church with my family. I was confirmed when I was 13 and stopped going to church shortly thereafter. As I grew older, exercise and weight lifting became the center of my life. In addition to this, I began to use drugs and alcohol.

and So Have We!

and So Have We!
-Barry & Linda Woodring
Six months before Pearl Harbor was bombed, I was born to the Woodring family in the Pennsylvania borough of Catasauqua. I lived there on Race Street until I graduated from high school and headed into the military around the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1959. After I was discharged in 1963, I worked a job for several years before taking over my father-in-law’s grocery store and meat market in Emmaus in 1973.
