Child Abuse Clearances

 
 

All of our staff and volunteers have to submit these three clearances (pictured above) before being interviewed to work in any of our children’s ministries. The following links will take you to the sites to request your clearances. Once you receive or print out the paperwork, please bring it to Bro Anger for our files.

  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance

    NOTE: you will need addresses of everywhere you’ve lived and names of everyone you have lived with

  • FBI Clearance (10 Years or More)

    If you have lived continuously in PA for the past 10 years, see Mr. Anger for a waiver form instead. You can also download the form here and print it out yourself and give it to Mr. Anger.

  • FBI Clearance (Less than 10 Years)

    If you have lived in PA less then ten years, request the FBI fingerprinting using the link above. The cost can be reimbursed by giving receipt to Mr. Anger
