Right-click the desired signature animation, and select Save Target As
Save the file to a location on your computer (It might be best to save it in your My Documents folder so you don’t loose or delete it)
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools, and then choose Options
Click on the Signature tab
Near the bottom of the page, click the file radio button, and then click the Browse button
Locate the signature that you downloaded in Step 1
If you would like to include the signature in all your emails you can check the box Add signature to all outgoing messages, but if not leave the box unchecked.
Click Finish and you’re done!
To insert the signature in an email (if you did not choose to do so automatically) just click Insert and then choose Signature
Setting up Signature for Outlook Users
Right-click the desired signature animation, and select Save Target As

Open Outlook.
Click on Tools then choose Options from the drop down list.-> Mail Format -> Signature Picker
In the new window click on the Mail Format tab at the top.
Now click the Signature Picker button.
In the new window click on the New button.
In the new window enter the name “GP Signature,” then click the radio button next to the words “Use this file as a template.”
Click the Browse button and locate the file you saved (in step “1” above).
Click the Next button, then the Finish button. Note: To use your new signature your email format must be set to HTML. (DO NOT choose Word as your email editor.) To make sure that is done, go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Message format -> HTML.
