Wholly Sanctified: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

"And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Have you ever wondered why God designed you the way He did? You are not a random collection of parts thrown together, but a masterpiece crafted with divine intention. God created you as a tri-part being: spirit, soul, and body, each serving a unique purpose in your relationship with Him and the world around you.
Your body gives you world consciousness - the ability to touch, taste, see, hear, and smell the beauty of God's creation. Your soul provides self-consciousness - the incredible capacity to think, feel, and make choices that shape your destiny. And your spirit is your God-consciousness, the inner part of you that can commune with your Creator.
"God's design is to conform you to the image of Jesus Christ - this means He will work in every part of your being to accomplish His purpose."
These three parts don't operate independently; they're beautifully interwoven, each affecting the others. When one part struggles, it impacts the whole. But here's the encouraging truth: God designed this intricate system with purpose and love. He didn't create you to be broken or incomplete.
Understanding how God made you is the first step toward experiencing the wholeness He intends for your life. You're not an accident or a mistake. You're a beloved child, carefully crafted by a loving Father who desires your complete well-being: spirit, soul, and body.
Reflection Question
